You don't need fancy sound healing instruments to balance your chakras with sound. You can actually use your own voice with vowel sounds and tones to balance them.

Try this as part of your daily meditation. The image to the left shows the specific vowels for each chakra. Chant each vowel sound, drawing it out for as long as you can and adjust your pitch/tone until you feel a rumble in that chakra. For each chakra, chanting it three times works well before moving on to the next.

Root chakra - "Uh" as in duh
Sacral chakra - "Oo" as in you
Solar plexus chakra - "Oh" as in go
Heart chakra - "Ah" as in craw
Throat chakra - "Eye" as in cry
Third eye chakra - "Ay" as in say
Crown chakra - "Eee" as in bee
